What Is Color Analysis?
Color analysis, also known as seasonal color analysis is a method used to determine which colors of clothing, makeup, and accessories best complement an individual's natural skintone, eye color, and hair color.
The analysis is performed using my trained eye and scientific principles of color theory to assess the harmony and disharmony that results from various color hues being held close to the face.
Seasonal and flow color analysis categorizes people into one of four seasonal types: Spring, Summer, Autumn, or Winter, based on the colors that harmonize best with their complexion, hair, and eye pattern. Within each season, there are three sub-seasons which create a total of 16 different categories in total!
The goal of seasonal color analysis is to help individuals select clothing and makeup colors that enhance their natural features, making them appear healthier, more vibrant, and well-coordinated. It is widely understood that the highest resonance and most empowered version of yourself can occur when there is visual color harmony!
As a certified professional color analyst, I use various methods, including draping fabric swatches of different colors against the individual's skin to observe how they react and which ones create the most harmonious effect.
My mission is to empower your most authentic beauty so that you can embody your most powerful self, because you are worthy of it!
color is energy 💫
color is energy 💫
As humans, we are energetic beings. On a physical level, our cells are composed of particles of energy that are constantly moving— this refers to the physics principle of resonance. Did you know that our bodies emit an electromagnetic field? Ever walk into a room and feel the “vibes” are off? Ever feel not so great after hanging out with that person that’s always in a low emotional state?
The energy we, ourselves, emit is referred to as our “aura.”
Physical and mental illness can dull our aura.
So can applying colors that do not resonate with our natural features— ever worn one of your not-so-great colors and appeared sickly? Yep… we’ve all been there. Now you’ve got the gist!
